Dragonfly Software is pleased to announce a major new release with Glass Eye 2000 version 3.1! The premier software design tool for stained glass just got even better with many new features and enhancements.
 

► Support for multiple languages

In addition to English, Glass Eye 2000 now runs in German, Spanish, French, and Italian. No need to make a language choice when purchasing -- switch your product to another language at any time with just a mouse click. Our User's Guide and help system are currently in English only, but documentation in other languages is coming soon.

 

► Greatly improved rendering

We've completely redesigned our drawing system to take advantage of the latest Windows graphics capabilities. You'll get cleaner and smoother lines, knots, and text. Just compare:

► Menu and hot key customizations

Our menu and hot key customization feature used to be available in the Professional Plus and Enterprise editions only. Now it's available in all editions. Tailor your design experience with quick access to your favorite features.

 

► Glass image reflection

When a glass image is smaller than a piece in your design, it has to be repeated to fill the piece. This often produces unattractive "tiling" artifacts. You now have the option of reflecting glass images where they border each other, often making the repetitions less noticeable.

► Glass position and rotation

In previous versions, you could rotate glass by only 90° angles. With the Professional Plus and Enterprise editions, you can now easily spin and reposition your glass, allowing you to choose the most desirable part of the image -- just as you would when selecting that perfect spot from a sheet of glass.
 

 

► Glass transparency

What better way to see your finished project than in its intended location with the light coming through? Our Professional Plus and Enterprise editions now allow you to experience translucent glass in your design.
