Unauthorized use or reproduction of any part of the content and/or source code of these pages without express written consent of Dragonfly Software constitutes theft of intellectual property and will result in criminal and/or civil penalties. This includes, but is not limited to: HTML and JavaScript code, titles, meta tags, alt tags, graphics¹, links and visible page copy. The U.S. Copyright Office considers Internet web pages to be software programs.

The unauthorized duplication of such software constitutes copyright infringement, regardless of whether it is done for sale, for free distribution, or for the copier's own use. Moreover, those who copy are liable for the resulting copyright infringement whether or not they knew their conduct violated federal law. Penalties include liability for damages suffered by the copyright owner plus any profits of the infringer that are attributable to the copying, or statutory damages of up to $150,000 for each work infringed.

Also, said sites will be reported to search engines who suppress offending pages from their search results.
