For general "how to" questions, we offer 30 days of support to customers who own the Standard Edition and 90 days to customers who own the Professional or higher editions.

Glass Eye 2000 contains extensive documentation within the program itself (see the Help menu), and you might get your answer more quickly by looking there. We also have a tutorial that describes nearly every product feature step by step. We request that you consult these resources before contacting customer support. Thank you.

Problems are often solved by updating your software to the most recent version. Do this by using the "Do I Have the Latest Version?" command on the Glass Eye 2000 "Help" menu, or by visiting our updates page. Please have our latest version installed before requesting technical support.
